This week’s feature is not for the faint of heart –Mexican Hot Chocolate. Our chocolate fudge cupcake topped with a cinnamon and chili powder buttercream. (don’t worry. It won’t be too hot…)

This week, we have a treat. My friend, Bonnie, brought me some amazing lemons from her house in CA. I will be using these to create a new flavor-Strawberry Lemonade. We will top a lemon poundcake with strawberry buttercream. Yum!!

Sorry folks but this is a reminder that BellaCakes will be closed this week to celebrate Heather’s wedding. We will reopen next week on Thursday the 10th.

We are introducing a new flavor this week’s cupcake-Coffeecake with a streusel topping and drizzle of icing!!!

Please note that BellaCakes will be closed next week, May 3, 4 and 5 as we prepare for two private events. One is the wedding of Jamie and Heather. Heather has worked at BellaCakes since 2009 and is an irreplaceable member of the BellaCakes family. Congratulations!!!!!

It is that special time of year, known only to those of us from Massachusetts as Patriots Day…What better flavor to show our enthusiasm for this time of year then our Boston Cream Pie cupcake. A yellow cake filled with a rich pastry cream and topped with a decadent chocolate ganache, it is not one to be missed. Be sure to march right over to BellaCakes for one of these!!

In honor of Easter, we have created a new cupcake flavor. Our PEEPS cupcake is a white chocolate cupcake with a marshmallow topping and pink sugar crystals. Tastes just like a PEEP…only a little more gourmet 

This week, we are featuring our traditional St. Patrick’s Day cupcake-chocolate Guinness with Bailey’s buttercream. This year, we will have a beautiful green fondant shamrock on top of each with a special price of $2.50 each plus tax.

I recommend calling or emailing ahead if you’d like some set aside. These always go fast !!!
